A lower rate. More buying power.
More possibilities.

Fairway’s 7/6 adjustable-rate mortgage features a reduced initial interest rate, fixed for the first seven years.*

How does a 7/6 ARM work?

A 7/6 ARM starts with a fixed interest rate for the first seven years. After that, the rate adjusts every six months based on market conditions, subject to established caps and limits.** Because ARMs often have lower introductory rates than many fixed-rate mortgages, they may offer lower initial monthly payments and greater flexibility for some borrowers.

An ARM may be a good fit for buyers who:

  • Plan to move before the initial fixed-rate period ends
  • Expect to refinance in the future
  • Want a lower initial monthly payment
  • Anticipate an increase in income over time
  • Plan to pay off their mortgage more aggressively
Let’s discuss whether an adjustable-rate mortgage could be the right fit for your buyer.
